Liberia is a country struggling to recover from two civil wars almost back to back finally ending in 2003. Roads and infrastructure are still lacking in many parts of the country. Villages are buried deep in the tropical forest, many of which are only accessible by foot. It is estimated that the majority of rural Liberians are illiterate, making study of scripture difficult. Using the Oral Storying Method, our team will train local church plant leaders to tell a set of Bible stories that lay out the explain the biblical events spanning from Creation to today's church, leaving them with a tool that can be replicated in their own churches and used to advance God's Kingdom in rural Liberia.
